Deleting a Quick Sale button on the Sales screen

To delete a Quick Sale Button (QSB) for the Sales screen, do the following before deleting a QSB:

 

Note: You cannot delete a QSB Page (category).

• Navigate to the Quick Sale Settings screen for Sales in Options: Go Tools | Options You could also press the F2 key on your keyboard.| | Sales Options | Quick Sales Button Setup.

• Make sure the correct terminal is selected in the Terminal drop-down field.

• Make sure that you are in the correct Page (category) and that there are no other categories under the button you are about to delete. Tip: If you save often, you can use the Restore Button buttons to bring back your last changes.

To delete a Quick Sale button

• Select the button to delete, and select the Delete button.

• Right-click a button to delete, and select Delete.

 

Note: If you want to delete a button from the iPad running CPS Air, you must delete the button from the local PC terminal running CPS [POS Express] in Options for the Sales screen remembering to select the iPad as your terminal first. For detailed information, jump here>>

 

Remember: You cannot delete a QSB Page (category) for the Sales screen.
